Argosy Exits AP Services, Inc.

On November 5, 2012, Argosy exited its investment in AP Services. AP services was sold to Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW), a provider of highly engineered, critical-function products, systems and services in the areas of flow control, motion control and metal treatment to the defense, energy and industrial markets.

Headquartered in Freeport, PA, AP Services ( is a manufacturer and value-added distributor of gaskets and sealing technologies and provides technical services to nuclear and fossil fuel power plant facilities. Based on its industry reputation and history of providing engineered, technology-driven sealing solutions, the Company maintains a blue-chip customer base composed of many of the largest power generation utilities in the United States and Canada.
